If you are a worker in a rural area who is facing challenges due to changes in B.C.’s labour market and resource-based economy, our regional staff listed below can help you reach the most appropriate program or service suited to your circumstances.
You can also connect directly with the Community Development Trust. The Trust creates new job opportunities, helps forest workers upgrade their skills, and enables older workers who wish to retire to create opportunities for junior workers.
If you represent a municipality or regional district, you are most welcome to contact the Secretariat’s staff in your region listed below. They can provide you with advice and assistance in applying for provincial and federal government infrastructure funding programs and have access to other Province of BC services.
