Facilitates research by and with aboriginal scholars and aboriginal communities on issues and topics relevant to Canada’s Aboriginal Peoples, such as, but not limited to, urban issues, economic development, the environment, education, research ethics, intellectual and cultural property, traditional aboriginal knowledge, aboriginal knowledge systems, languages and cultures, and international aboriginal communities.
