BC Assessment provides current actual value assessments for tax purposes on all properties in British Columbia and provides expertise in real estate data.
The Agricultural Land Commission is a provincial zone in which agriculture is recognized as the priority use. Farming is encouraged and non-agricultural uses are controlled.
The Integrated Land Management Bureau provides access to Crown Land. It also manages two key resources:
