Children Who Witness Abuse, Ministry of Community and Rural Development
Provides individual and group counselling services for children who witness abuse of a parent, most often a mother.

CommunityLINK, Ministry of Education
Learning Includes Nutrition and Knowledge (LINK) helps districts provide services such as breakfast and lunch programs, inner city and community school programs, school-based support workers, and counselling for at-risk children and youth.

Crime Victim Assistance Program
Is governed by the Crime Victim Assistance Act, and under the Act, victims injured as a result of certain crimes, immediate family members of an injured or deceased victim and some witnesses may be eligible for financial assistance or benefits.
